• Project planning and feasibility studies
  We conduct thorough project planning and feasibility studies to establish a solid foundation before any construction activity begins. We develop conceptual designs, assess regulatory requirements, estimate capital and operational costs, and prepare project schedules. • Coastal and marine construction
  Our coastal and marine construction services address the unique challenges of working in the nearshore and offshore environment. We construct breakwaters, revetments, seawalls, groynes, and beach nourishment schemes to protect coastlines and provide safe harbour basins. Marine structures such as quay walls, jetties, piers, dolphins, and mooring facilities are built using sheet pile, caisson, or reinforced concrete methods. Works are executed with careful tidal planning, marine logistics, and floating plant coordination. Temporary cofferdams, silt curtains, and erosion control measures are deployed to manage the marine interface, and all activities comply with environmental consent conditions and international marine construction standards.
• Port and harbor development
  We provide integrated port and harbour development services covering greenfield terminals and the expansion or rehabilitation of existing facilities. Our scope includes dredging and reclamation, quay wall construction, container yard paving, warehouse and terminal buildings, navigation aids, and fendering systems. Landside infrastructure — access roads, gate complexes, utilities, and drainage — is built concurrently to deliver a fully operational facility. We coordinate closely with port operators and equipment suppliers to ensure that berth pocket depths, crane rail alignments, and bollard capacities match operational specifications. All works are phased to minimise disruption to live port operations where applicable.
• Quality control and inspection
  Quality control and inspection are embedded throughout our construction delivery. We implement project-specific quality management plans aligned with ISO 9001 principles. Incoming materials are verified against approved submittals, and on-site testing covers concrete slump and compressive strength, soil compaction, asphalt density, weld integrity, and coating thickness. Inspections are scheduled at witness and hold points defined in the inspection and test plan (ITP). Non-conformance reports are raised, investigated, and closed out systematically. Final quality dossiers compile all test certificates, as-built drawings, and compliance statements for client acceptance and regulatory sign-off.
• Project management and supervision
  We offer project management and supervision services that oversee construction from award through to commissioning and handover. Our project managers control programme, budget, change management, and resource allocation. Site supervisors coordinate daily activities, enforce health and safety protocols, manage subcontractor interfaces, and verify that work proceeds in accordance with approved method statements and drawings. Progress is tracked against baseline schedules using earned value techniques, and regular reports keep stakeholders informed. Risk registers are maintained and reviewed, and issues are escalated and resolved promptly. The service ensures that projects are delivered to the required quality, on time, and within budget.
