Civil Engineering

  • Civil construction
We deliver civil construction works for building structures, including reinforced concrete frames, steel frameworks, masonry, and finishing. Our scope covers foundations (isolated footings, rafts, pile caps), columns, beams, slabs, blockwork, and plastering. We manage formwork, rebar fixing, concrete pouring, and curing under strict quality control procedures. All structural elements are built to dimensional tolerances and material specifications required by design, with progress verified by survey checks at each stage. The result is a safe, durable building structure completed on programme and built to code.
  • Infrastructure Construction
Our infrastructure construction services include water supply pipelines, sewerage and drainage networks, stormwater management systems, irrigation channels, and utility duct banks. We carry out trench excavation, pipe laying (HDPE, GRP, concrete, ductile iron), manhole and chamber construction, pressure testing, and backfill compaction. Works near existing underground services are managed with careful potholing, shoring, and temporary support. We install thrust blocks, valve chambers, and perform hydrostatic testing before commissioning. All completed networks are surveyed as‑built and handed over with asset records for future operation and maintenance.
  • Earthwork Construction
Large‑scale earthwork construction includes bulk cut and fill, formation of slopes, site grading, and platform levelling for industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Using an experienced workforce with excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, and compactors, we move material according to engineered cut‑and‑fill plans. Levels and compaction densities are controlled through survey checks and field density testing. Where necessary, soil improvement is applied through chemical stabilisation, geogrid reinforcement, or preloading to meet bearing capacity and settlement requirements. Silt fencing, settling ponds, and benching are implemented to control sediment and erosion throughout the works.
  • Road Construction
We construct roads, access tracks, and paved areas from subgrade to surfacing. Work begins with subgrade preparation and proof‑rolling, followed by the placement and compaction of selected fill, sub‑base, and base course layers. Asphalt paving is carried out using mechanical pavers and rollers, with controls to ensure consistent thickness and density. Concrete roads are built using fixed‑form or slip‑form methods to achieve specified slab alignment and surface regularity. Ancillary works, including kerbs, medians, guardrails, road markings, and drainage channels, are integrated to deliver a complete, traffic‑ready asset.
  • Landscape Construction
Landscape construction covers both hard and soft landscaping for public realms, roadside verges, parks, and residential developments. Hard landscape works include paving, pathways, retaining walls, steps, pergolas, and street furniture installation. Soft landscape works involve soil preparation, planting of trees, shrubs, groundcover, turfing, and seeding. Irrigation systems are installed to support planted areas, with dripline and sprinkler networks laid and tested before planting finishes. All works are executed to landscape architects’ drawings, with particular attention to finished levels, drainage, and long‑term plant establishment.
  • Underground facilities
We construct underground facilities including stormwater detention tanks, pump stations, valve chambers, electrical vaults, and utility access shafts. Works involve deep excavations with shoring or sheet piling support, dewatering, blinding concrete, waterproofing, and casting of reinforced concrete base slabs, walls, and top slabs. Mechanical and electrical equipment installation is limited to the civil‑structural envelope; we provide the prepared openings, plinths, and access covers to receive specialist equipment by others. Backfilling around completed structures is carried out with approved materials and tested compaction, ensuring long‑term stability and groundwater protection. All chambers are tested for watertightness before handover.

Risk Control Hierarchy

01

Elimination

Physically remove the hazard from the workplace - most effective control

02

Substitution

Replace the hazard with something less hazardous

03

Engineering Controls

Isolate people from the hazard using engineering solutions

04

Administrative Controls

Change the way people work through procedures and policies

05

PPE

Protect the worker with PPE - least effective control
